Communication and solid planning resulted in a successful new home design and construction for Duluth couple Carolyn and Charles Blomquist.
When asked about the design and building process of their custom new home, Charles stated, “Whatever was important to me was important to J&R Sundberg. What impressed me the most was that they were very receptive to anything that came up during the home building process. I was out on site every day, sometimes twice a day checking the project. They used a construction management software so everyone knew what was going on, including the sub contractors to keep the project moving.”
The Blomquist’s worked with J&R Sundberg’s Interior Designer, Linda Beeman to select interior finishes and cabinetry for their new home.
“Above expectation was the help we received from the builder and having a home design and interior decorator work with us that was no additional cost. She actually met us at the store. It was unreal. I thought it was great. It made the project nice and it came together easily.” exclaimed Carolyn Blomquist.
“It definitely feels like home and I love everything about my house!”
